MACHINING:
We are dedicated to providing a quality product at a competitive
price. This dedication is visible in the Metal
Stamping, CNC turning centers, CNC machining & milling
centers and automatic screw machines available for your job. These
machine tools are supported with centerless grinders, broaching
machines and milling machines for auxiliary operations.
Our
capabilities permit the completion of complex parts with the
least number of set-ups and a minimum amount of time, thus reducing
costs.
TOOL
& DIE
The
tool and die shop of Aramax Engineering is equipped with the necessary
equipment to produce new tooling as well as the ability to service
existing tooling. Supporting this equipment is over 10 years of
tooling and die making experience. This ability transfers into
timely repairs on dies currently in production and the capability
to produce new tooling in shorter lead times while providing significant
savings on tool costs.
In
recent years, we have designed and produced major innovations
in the area of multiple station and compound dies. This innovative
attitude is “on line” everyday to assist our customers
in achieving their production objectives. We can assist you in
the production of automatic equipment, special handling devices
or special tooling.
STAMPING
& FORMING
Our
stamping-forming department is equipped with a complete line
of presses and press brakes ranging from 5 to 300 ton capacity.
Coil handling, material leveling and stock feeders are available
on all press jobs requiring continuous material feeding.
Stampings
produced at Aramax Engineering vary in quantity from a few hundred
to million plus piece runs. Parts vary in size from thin gauge
washers of small diameter to large, perforated plates.
Our
diversity in equipm5ent provides a variety of advantages, enabling
us to produce a broad range of stampings. In addition, it allows
for the selection of the best machines for your job, thus insuring
both quality and prompt delivery.
PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING:
The plastic
injection moulding shop is equipped with two fully automatic
plastic injection moulding machine and one robotic machine for
24 hours production. The plastic moulding was added in our production
line in order to help customer to offer a complete solutions for
their requirements especially when it comes to assembling metal
components to plastic moulded parts. All the toolings required
at our plastic moulding shop are prepared at our in-house facilities.
ASSEMBLY
Component assembly, spot welding, riveting, tube and
rod bending and coatings are some of the operations performed
in our assembly department. Aramax Engineering will manufacture
and completely assemble your product or will perform assembly
operations using your components. Either method will produce a
quality assembly at a competitive price. We have performed assembly
operations for both commercial and defense customers. Contact

SPECIAL
OPERATIONS
We have expanded their production capability into the
specialty fields of tube cutting.
High
production thin wall tube cutting is our specialty operations.
Whether it is 2” in diameter or 3/8” in diameter,
24” long or 1” long, production rates of 50 pieces
per hour to 500 pieces per hour can be achieved with no material
loss between parts.
