PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING:
Any product today consists of various complex manufacturing
process. Usually it is very difficult to find an OEM manufacturer
who offers a complete range of service at one place without loosing
any cost benefit by saving the transportation cost. We at Aramax Engineering not only produce any kind of metal component but
also carry out the plastic moulding work if required.
The plastic injection moulding shop is equipped with
two fully automatic plastic injection moulding machine and one
robotic machine for 24 hours production. The plastic moulding
was added in our production line in order to help customer to
offer a complete solutions for their requirements especially when
it comes to assembling metal components to plastic moulded parts.
All the toolings required at our plastic moulding shop are prepared
at our in-house facilities.
TOOL
& DIE
The
tool and die shop of Aramax Engineering is equipped with the necessary
equipment to produce new tooling as well as the ability to service
existing tooling. Supporting this equipment is over 10 years of
tooling and die making experience. This ability transfers into
timely repairs on dies currently in production and the capability
to produce new tooling in shorter lead times while providing significant
savings on tool costs.
